  1. YIELD:    36                                             GINGER ORANGE COOKIES
  2. COOKING TEMP: 400F        PORTION: 1 2"-cookie
  3. COOKING TIME: 8-10 min    COOKING PAN: Baking sheet

  5. INGREDIENTS             AMOUNTS        PROCEDURES

  7. | Margarine             : 1 cp         1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg
  8. | Sugar                 : 2/3 cp          yolk, orange peel, vanilla, salt
  9. | Egg yolks             : 1 ea            and ginger. Mix well.
  10. | Orange peel           : 1 1/3 Tb     2. Stir in flour to blend.
  11. | Vanilla               : 1 ts         3. Fill cookie press or roll out dough
  12. | Salt                  :   dash          to 1/4" thickness. Press or cut
  13. | Ginger                : 1 1/2 ts        into desired shapes; decorate as
  14. | Flour                 : 2 1/4 cp        desired.
